1.Programme and Course Availability
Labuzik reserves the right to modify the assortment programmes and sessions (change or replace any modules on any of the listed courses ) also including dates, times, availabilities and prices according to the constraints imposed by the directors, partners and suppliers. Labuzik also reserves the right to inform the client about the above modifications.
1.1. Connective Communication (also known as Relationship Triumphs) Group Online Training
What is included in the training:
– 14 „zoom live“ trainings – 2h each week (total of 28 zoom hours)
– 14 study videos
– 14 homeworks
Training Format:
– Study videos: video links are password protected and shared with each attendee via email. The links expire one week after they have been sent out to the attendees.
– Zoom training: Zoom training is delivered “live”, meaning online, once a week. Each training sessions is approx. 2h long. Totalling in 28h of “zoom live” training sessions. During the zoom training sessions, attendees are to be connected with both their cameras and have their audio switched on. This is to ensure optimal training dynamics for all attendees.
– Homeworks: Homeworks are shared with attendees either at the end of the zoom live training or post zoom call, via email.
1.2. Connective Communication (also known as Relationship Triumphs) Self-Study Online Training
What is included in the training:
– 14 study videos
– 14 homeworks
Training Format:
– Study videos: video links are password protected and shared with each attendee via email. The links expire one week after they have been sent out to the attendees.
– Homeworks: Homeworks are shared with attendees either at the end of the zoom live training or post zoom call, via email.

The audio-visual content is property of Labuzik Ltd. It is illegal and prohibited to copy, share, download, screenshot the content or any of its parts.
Liability – Connective Communication (all formats incl. group training, self-study and individual training):
Labuzik assumes that the attendee who has completed the training registration form and have read the Labuzik Ltd. Terms and Conditions and the Labuzik Ltd. Privacy Policy, is able to take care of himself/herself.
In case of psychological problems those intending to attend the Connective Communication training are advised to first consult a doctor or psychologist.
At all times, the attendee is responsible for choices made, his/her own behavior and the consequences of this, both during the training and the period thereafter.
We, Labuzik Ltd., are never liable for direct damage or indirect damage, emotional or psychological damage or damage resulting from decisions the attendee has made, such as damage to other participants. If he/she does damage possessions or property of us, the third parties we work with that provide locations or materials, or to other participants, we can recover this damage from the attendee who caused the damage.
2.Course Dates and Timetables
The course schedules are planned in advance and may be communicated on demand via email or telephone. Some are also available on Labuzik website. Labuzik reserves the right to modify the course schedules and places at any time. In case of complete cancellation of a course by Labuzik, we commit ourselves to reimbursing the whole of the amount of your course or to rescheduling the course to a later date.
Postponement to a later date, which was requested by a client, is considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Labuzik. An amendment charge may be applied.
3.Booking Terms and Conditions
Please be advised that unless otherwise stated all the courses are carried out at a date of mutual convenience between Labuzik and the client. A registered place is only confirmed once we have received the deposit or payment in full. Once the payment has reached us, we will go ahead with the course.
4.Payment
For courses provided by Labuzik in the UK, immediate full payment is requested, unless the course is booked more than 6 weeks in advance*. *For group bookings, unless booked 12 weeks in advance, full payment is required.
The accepted methods of payment include: bank wire transfers, cheques payable in GBP Sterling (from an England based bank account at least three weeks prior to the course), or cash (for payments smaller than £2000). For any other method of payment, please contact Labuzik by telephone or by email.
Note all payments received must be in British pounds.
5.Prices
Prices are given in GBP Sterling – United Kingdom Pounds.
They are effective at the time of the order’s validation by the client. These prices do not include the contribution to the translation costs (to another language). Translation costs are additional and will be indicated before the final validation of the order form.
6.Cancellation and Reimbursement Conditions
Cancellation by Labuzik
While best efforts are always made to ensure that programmes run as scheduled, we do reserve the right to modify or cancel a course at any time. A refund will be issued for the direct course fees paid or, where possible, a transfer to another course.
No refunds on group sessions of three days or more will be issued for cancellations made less than eight-weeks before the start of a course.
Cancellation by Client
• For private individual and/or group sessions:
Cancellation fees: 6 weeks in advance: 25% of the course price, up to 20 working days prior to the engagement: 50%, up to 7 working days prior to the engagement: 75%, 48 hours prior: 100%.
• For retreats:
Cancellation fees: 8 weeks in advance: 25% of the retreat price, up to 6 weeks prior to the retreat: 60% of the retreat price, up to 3 weeks prior to the engagement: 85% of the retreat price, if cancelled 2 weeks prior: 100% of the retreat price.
• For public group sessions:
For group sessions of three days or more, cancellations made more than eight-weeks prior will be refunded at 75% of the total registration fee.
For group session of two days or less, cancellations made more than 1 month prior will be refunded at 75% of the total registration fee.
No refunds for group sessions of two days or less will be issued for cancellations made less than four weeks before the start of a course.
• For bespoke sessions:
All sales for individual, bespoke or customised courses are final. Refunds will not be given.
Punctuality
We ask all students to arrive for the time stipulated on the course welcome information, unless agreed otherwise. The tutor will leave and no refund will be offered for students who fail to show after 40 minutes without telephoning, texting or emailing to alert the tutor or office as to their lateness.
Force Majeure
Labuzi will use its best endeavours to carry out the Agreement as agreed but will not be liable for the loss (whether direct or consequential) suffered by the Client, in the event of Labuzik being unable to complete work in whole or in part due to matters beyond its reasonable control, which expression shall include (but shall not be limited to) acts of God including tempest, fire, earthquakes, or natural disaster; government sanction, embargo, import or export regulation or order; illness, or in the provision of any utility including power, gas, water, or communication services; labour disputes, including strikes, lockouts, boycotts or other industrial action; war, civil war, sabotage or act of terrorism.
Labuzik cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred by clients due to a postponement or cancellation of a course.
7.Tutors
Whilst we will do our best to allocate named tutors for private tuition if specifically requested, this cannot be guaranteed due to the international nature of our work and retained clients. All our tutors are experts in their field. Should a named tutor be unable to attend a booking due to sickness or a personal emergency, we will do our best to provide a substitute tutor and ask that clients understand. Only if The Labuzik cannot provide any tutor will a refund of any amount be valid.
We kindly advise that no tutor travel will be booked until full payment, or when agreed, a suitable deposit, has been made. This cost may be passed on to the client.
If a tutor is booked for an overseas visit the visa, invitation letter and other relevant travel documents are to be provided by the client, where necessary, unless otherwise agreed. Failure to provide these within a sufficient timeframe may result in the tutor being unable to travel. No refund will be given but the booked dates will be rescheduled, where possible.
8.Reception of Foreign Participants
Each participant is responsible for his or her visa, travel and other administration arrangements.
It is strongly advised that all potential clients requiring a visa make the relevant applications well in advance as exceptions to the company refund policy cannot be made.
9.Languages
Participants booked on the courses should have a good working knowledge of English.
Given that one of the ‘7 star’ approaches of the Labuzik is the International Approach, courses can also be delivered in Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, Chinese or most other languages with translation costs at the client’s expense.
10.Audio/Visual
Client
Video or audio recording of any class, seminar or workshop given by The Labuzik and associated tutors is prohibited unless agreed in writing. If permission has been granted, it is understood that the footage/audio is used for personal use only and will not be used for commercial gain or appear on any media or social media.
Labuzik
Photos of the course participants that are taken by Labuzik are not going to be used on social media or elsewhere without each participant’s approval.
Occasionally, Labuzik will film or photograph a programme, or segment of a programme, for internal or external marketing purposes. Participants who do not wish to be included must advise Labuzik in writing no less than 5 working days before the programme commencement date.
11.Dress code
A majority of our courses take place in some of London’s most prestigious venues, which enforce dress codes. We will be unable to go ahead with the training should students turn up in clothes that contravene these dress codes. We will send information on dress codes (together with all other relevant information about the course) upon receipt of payment. The student accepts that failure to comply with the dress code will result in training not taking place. No refund will be offered.
12.Liability
We assume that you are able to take care of yourself. In case of serious psychological problems we advise you to first consult a doctor or psychologist. At all times, you are responsible for choices make, your own behavior and the consequences of this, both during the service (training/course/coaching) and the period thereafter.
We are never liable for direct damage or indirect damage, emotional damage or damage resulting from decisions you have made, including damage to other participants. If you do damage possessions or property of us, the third parties we work with that provide locations or materials, or to other participants, we can recover this damage from you.
13.Confidentiality and Relationships
During the term of engagement or Agreement, and for a period of 12 months after completion, the Client will not offer or permit the employment of, hire as an independent consultant, any of the consultants, contractors, partners, lecturers, trainers and/or alliances concerned in the assignment.
In the event that such employment does take place, compensation equivalent to the cost of one year’s full-time fees for the consultant, contractor, partner, lecturer, trainer and/or alliance will be payable to Labuzik.
14.Copyright and Intellectual Property
Labuzik shall retain ownership of Intellectual Property Rights and all copyright in any workbooks, PowerPoints, manuals or other collaterals and materials supplied, unless specific agreement is made in writing to assign rights to the Client, as such, all materials provided, either directly or indirectly, are proprietary information of Labuzik and are to be used solely for the individual programme for which they are prepared, for instance, they may not be reproduced for usage with another client or programme.
15.Website Terms and Conditions
The term ‘Labuzik’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 97 Park Lane, London, W1K 7TG, United Kingdom. Our company’s – Labuzik Ltd. – registration number is 10349313. The terms ‘you’ or ‘consumer’ or ‘client’ or ‘participant’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
