A step-by-step guide on how to go through social and business encounters with greater ease and without unnecessary faux pas. You will learn why first impressions matter; you will master the correct forms of address; learn how to introduce yourself correctly; perfect your handshake (learn its international variations), learn how to exchange social / business cards correctly; social kissing; conversation dos and don’ts; correct deportment (posture instruction); why body language matters. All in all, how to leave positive and lasting first impressions anywhere you go.
Remember, it only takes 7 seconds to create them and as they say: “You never get a second chance to create great first impressions.”

Build strong and lasting relationships (2h):

It’s simple to build strong private, business or social relationships when you know how. This session teaches the underlying tricks to developing positive and lasting connections. Artful networking and leading conversation are valuable skills. We cover how to turn small talk into weightier conversation, how to converse with a large group. You also learn practical tips that help you to ask better questions, be an effective listener and create an ambiance you will be remembered for. But we take it a step further and master the non-verbal element of relationship-building. That is where approx. 90% of your power lies.

Corporate Dining Masterclass (2,5h):

This is the right choice for business professionals who never want to miss a business opportunity or deal.
They say that “Those who break bread together, stay together”, and science truly proves this saying to be right. It is not surprising that, even in this modern age almost all important business is carried out over a meal. Successful businesses train their client-facing employees in dining etiquette so that they can increase their deal closure rates when meeting their affluent clients. After attending this lesson, You will be ready to dine at any important occasion with greater ease.

Powerful Body Language in negotiations and business (1,5-2h):

This session focuses on 10 valuable body language tips to help you achieve your aim. Negotiating successfully is more than just saying the right things. If you aren’t in control of your body language, it doesn’t matter how much you have prepared. Science proves that over 80% of our success in negotiation is assigned to the non-verbal communication and that is what the session focuses on.

Powerful Personal Image (2,5h):

After attending the Powerful Personal Image lesson, You are going to find it much easier to initiate and close business transactions. Scientific tests show that it’s within the first 7 seconds of meeting someone that we make a decision of whether they are a potential friend or foe. (Experts agree that color can stimulate emotions which evoke different responses. The International Business Success lesson is designed to show how You can successfully build rapport in an international setting. You will learn the culture-sensitive verbal and non-verbal communication; the dos; don’ts and faux-pas; workplace etiquette; client entertaining; and business code of conduct of some of the 60 cultures and countries where your clients might be from (you pick 3). Expect to learn culture-dependent protocol and country-specific Business Etiquette that promises successful rapport-building. It is through the mastery of the cross-cultural communications that one can build positive lasting relationships with the clients because, as You know, before people buy from You, they have to buy into You. And what better way to do that than by successfully building rapport.
